There are a couple of ways you can get the registration form for the Sojournings Adoption Golf Scramble.
(1) Click on the link below to get a downloadable copy of the registration form. You can fill it out and mail it in to secure your spot in the Sojournings Adoption Golf Scramble.
(2) Fill out the RSVP form below and submit it to us. We will get back in touch with you with a registration flyer that you can mail in so that we know you will be there.
(3) You can show up the day of the scramble. If you choose this option, at least send us a note through our Contact Us page so that we can plan on your attendance. We will need to know you are coming.
